At UFO we believe in providing our customers with products that are hard wearing, robust and durable, that's why each of our light sources are designed, built and fully burn-in tested in-house.

When purchasing a light source from us, we want you to be confident that you are purchasing a product of unsurpassed quality that will last the test of time.

Our services don't end once you have received your product or lighting system. Due to our in-house technical capabilities, we are able to provide you with a range of after-sales services to help maintain the life and condition of your light source. These services include the servicing and repair of your light source.

To ensure that you are getting the most from your unit, we recommend that it is serviced regularly. If you do not have an in-house maintenance team, UFO can offer a service visit by one of our UFO installation engineers.

A fully trained member of our team will visit your premises where the light source is installed and will give it a thorough visual check and clean. This will usually involve checking the common ends to make sure that no damage or burning has occurred, giving the filters a thorough clean and replacing the lamp or any other internal parts that require maintenance work to be carried out. Alternatively, light sources can be returned to UFO for servicing in house.

If at any point you encounter a problem with your UFO light source then we can offer a full diagnostic inspection and repair service. In the first instance a UFO engineer would contact you to discuss the problem and to ascertain if it can be fixed over the phone.

If the issue cannot be resolved there and then, we would arrange for the unit to be returned to our dedicated light source manufacturing facility where a diagnostic inspection will be carried out.

A UFO engineer will contact you to discuss the outcome of the inspection and to let you know if the unit can be repaired or needs to be replaced.
